Customer support

We provide full customer support service for our partners. Selena is able to deal with cross-border companies worldwide. Customers are ensured in:

  • high quality of ordered products (internal quality standards require at least 95% purity, verified NMR and LC/MS spectroscopy data that are available to customers on demand after compound purchase)
  • high quality of packing materials provided by Selena (glass vials for chemicals ordered on 250 mg-25g scale)
  • timely delivery of placed orders in strong adjustment with declared schedule
  • unique bar-code labelling prevents gaps at packaging-delivery stages (special requirements can be met)

Customers inquiries are responded by well-trained sales managers, who in turn promptly inform customers about availability and prices, specify payment and delivery details. Any special requirements must be given explicitly during an order placement, so we can match them.
